These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Approval Workflow platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

If you create or join an organization on the Service, you acknowledge that organization administrators have access to and control over the organization's data, including workflows, requests, and member information. The organization owner is responsible for managing member permissions and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Update your payment information to avoid interruption of service

Subscription Terms

• Trial Period: We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.
• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Your use of payment services is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Our Rights

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
